Frequently Asked Questions

What If I'm In Pain?

This program isn’t right for you… Just yet. You need to build your foundation with the Pain Fix programs (Functional Feet, Happy Hips, and Strong Shoulders). I'd recommend starting with the Pain Fix Bundle.

How Is This Program Organized?

This is unique program in that it's designed as a learning experience. There are 42 total follow along sessions to explore a different athletic skill or lift. I've provided different options to do this in 4, 6, or 8 weeks, but it's flexible. Ideally, think of this as a time to reconnect with foundational athletic skills and movement patterns. Each session takes between 30-40 minutes snd there is a lot of variety to keep it engaging and fresh. It's a program unlike any you've done before.

What Equipment Will I Need?

This program covers a lot of ground so we do use a handful of tools. While having a sandbag, band/cable machine, and basic gym equipment is ideal, I provide ways around all that. For the athletic portion you just need a soccer ball, tennis balls, and open space. You'll need to get creative if you don't have any of this, but that's part of breaking you out of a boring routine.

What Space Will I Need Access To?

This program will take you out of the gym. The lifts are best done in your gym of choice. But the athletic skills days will need some space... Ideally outside. Depending on the distance you can work on a court or indoor turf space too. Once you have these staple locations, you’ve massively expanded your options.
