The Sessions:
10:00 - 11:15a: Start
In This Session: We revisit the same process of development you used to learn how to sit, roll, stand, and walk as a child.
You Will Learn:
- How to sit and sleep to improve your mobility effortlessly.
- How to crawl, roll, and move around the ground with ease.
- How to stand and walk as the foundation for all running and sprinting.
11:15a - 12:30p: Sprint
In This Session: We add rhythm and speed to progress your walking into fluid strides that scale from running to sprinting.
You Will Learn:
- How to walk, skip, run, stride, and sprint without getting hurt.
- How to handle impact to build a resilient, athletic body.
- How to add jumps, bounds, and sprints into your weekly training .
12:30 - 1p: Snack
Take a quick break to refuel with some time for Q&A.
1 - 2:15p: Struggle
In This Session: We build real strength using sandbags, gymnastics rings, and calisthenics.
You Will Learn:
- How to train use sandbags for a complete workout.
- How to build muscle without becoming stiff and un-athletic.
- How to keep your strength training fresh to prevent burnout and injury.
2:15 - 3:30p: Sweat
In This Session: We finish with a sample platter of conditioning that touches all three energy systems!
You Will Learn:
- How to train each energy system for better conditioning.
- How to push hard without getting hurt.
- How to cool down after a difficult session.
3:30 - 4:00p: Stretch
Wrap up an amazing day of training with time to ask any question that's on your mind.

Who Is This For?
I've had women in their 50's dealing with menopause and 19 year old college kids attend this event and everyone in between. They've all loved it and you will too.
You don't have to be a super athlete or in great shape. It's a group event but a personal experience that scales to your level. All that matters is that you're willing to try your best.
If you want to sprint again, this is for you.

What Else Should I Know?
Can you tell me more about the location/venue? The whole Experience will take place at my private gym near Sacramento, California (You'd fly into SMF). I'll send details after purchase. It's a 1,500 sq. ft indoor facility with adult monkey bars, spring floor, and lifting space that pairs to a 2,500 sq. ft courtyard for sleds, carries, and sports. Next to the facility is a 300 ft long. covered track runway for sprints, skips, and conditioning. And it's only open to guests by private invite. This is your chance to join.
Tell me more about accommodations? Bring yourself something to eat and drink during the snack break and throughout the day. There are fully functional bathrooms on site as well. Parking is available on site too.
What about weather? It's California so it'll be lovely. Hot and dry, but lovely. And even if it rains, we'll be indoors/under cover. Weather isn't an issue.
What if something comes up and I can't make the event? We'll assess this on a case-by-case basis but I know that life happens. The most likely outcome will be transferring your spot to a future Experience. I plan to do these as a recurring event.

What if I'm not athletic or not in great shape? You don't need to be a professional athlete for this. It's a group event but an individual experience. Everything is scalable to your ability. That's what I'm there for!
