9a - How To Move

In This Session: I teach you how to rest, sit, stand, crawl, roll, and balance.

This session breaks the stale regiment of reps and sets to reconnect you with your movement. That means using balls, challenges, and partners to get you out of your head and into the moment.

10:15a - How You Function

In This Presentation: I'll teach you how muscles, fascia, bones, ligaments, tendons, and the major body systems work.

What Else Should I Know?

There is a group kick-off call the Wednesday before the Event! We'll have a group Zoom call 3 days before the event to make sure every knows what to expect. I'll send the link to this call via email after your purchase.

Can you tell me more about the location/venue? The whole Experience will take place at or near the UC Davis track - Toomey Field. There are bathrooms at the location. I'll provide all the equipment. Bring water - it'll be a warm, sunny day! And if you're not planning on getting lunch at a nearby restaurant, bring food.

Tell me more about lunch? You're on your own to either bring food or get something nearby. But there are a dozen restaurants within a few hundred meters of the event. Plus there is a farmer's market on Saturday morning in the park beside the track. Whatever you decide, we'll join to eat as a group in the park.

What about weather? As far as weather, it's California so it should be fair. There is little chance of weather events but in case of severe rain we'll adjust location the day of.

What if something comes up and I can't make the event? We'll assess this on a case-by-case basis but I know that life happens. The most likely outcome will be transferring your spot to a future Experience. I plan to do these as a recurring event.

What if I have a current pain or am just getting over an injury? Obviously, this is case specific. Email me at graham@barefootsprinter.com and we can figure out your situation in more detail. But in general, this is exactly what you need. It's a serious commitment to healing and a path to make it happen.

What if I'm not athletic or not in great shape? You don't need to be a professional athlete for this. It's a group event but an individual experience. Everything is scalable to your ability. That's what I'm there for!
