In This Session: I teach you how to make the basic shapes that unlock all essential human abilities.

  • How to stretch and warmup to crush every training session.
11:15a - 12:30p: Speed

In This Session: I show you a foolproof way to add velocity, rhythm, and explosiveness into your training.

You Will Learn:

  • How to walk, skip, run, stride, and sprint without getting hurt.
  • How to create functional tension that translates into real-world athleticism.
  • How to incorporate jumps, bounds, and sprints into your weekly training protocol.
12:30 - 1p: Snack

Take a quick break to refuel while I share a powerful presentation spilling the secrets to maintaining your athleticism for life.

1 - 2:15p :Strength

In This Session: I'll show you how to develop functional strength using sandbags, gymnastics rings, and calisthenics.

  • How to train every major movement with sandbags for a complete workout.
  • How to build muscle without becoming stiff and un-athletic.
  • How to keep your strength training fresh to prevent burnout and injury.
2:15 - 3:30p: Stamina

In This Session: I'll show you how to develop unbreakable stamina that scales across all three energy systems.

You Will Learn:

  • How to specifically improve each energy system for optimal training.
  • How to create the right mindset to overcome physical discomfort.
  • How to use sleds as an all-in-one tool for developing elite conditioning.

What Else Should I Know?

Can you tell me more about the location/venue? The whole Experience will take place at my private gym near Sacramento, California (You'd fly into SMF). I'll send details after purchase. It's a 1,500 sq. ft indoor facility with adult monkey bars, spring floor, and lifting space that pairs to a 2,500 sq. ft courtyard for sleds, carries, and sports. Next to the facility is a 300 ft. covered track runway for sprints, skips, and conditioning. And it's only open to guests by private invite. This is your chance to join.

Tell me more about accommodations? Bring yourself something to eat and drink during the snack break and throughout the day. There are fully functional bathrooms on site as well. Parking is available on site too.

What about weather? It's California so it'll be lovely. And even if it rains, we'll be indoors/under cover. Weather isn't an issue.

What if something comes up and I can't make the event? We'll assess this on a case-by-case basis but I know that life happens. The most likely outcome will be transferring your spot to a future Experience. I plan to do these as a recurring event.

What if I'm not athletic or not in great shape? You don't need to be a professional athlete for this. It's a group event but an individual experience. Everything is scalable to your ability. That's what I'm there for!
